TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to bookings made through the KOREA GUIDE TOUR website and to cultural-tourism services operated by Travel Label.
1. Operator
KOREA GUIDE TOUR is operated by Travel Label, a registered General Travel Business in the Republic of Korea.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed after the required booking information has been submitted and payment has been successfully completed through PayPal.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, participant information, and any relevant requests before the tour date.
3. Scheduled Small-Group Tours and Private Tours
Scheduled tours are operated as small-group experiences. Guests may join other participants booked for the same date and time.
A private upgrade may be requested for an additional fee, subject to guide availability and operational conditions.
4. Payment
Payments are currently processed through PayPal. A PayPal account may be required to complete the booking process.
Any fees charged by a customer’s card issuer, bank, or payment provider are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Reservation Deadline
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, reservations must be made at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled tour date.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Arriving at the designated meeting point on time
Providing accurate contact information
Informing us in advance of allergies, dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or other relevant requirements
Following reasonable safety instructions provided by the guide
Respecting local residents, religious spaces, cultural sites, and other guests
7. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
We do our best to accommodate dietary requests where the itinerary allows.
Customers with severe allergies, strict dietary requirements, or medical restrictions must contact us before booking. Some local restaurants and food vendors may not be able to guarantee a fully separated preparation environment.
8. Personalized Saju Reflection Reports
Some tours may include a personalized English-language Saju reflection report.
Birth-related information is collected separately by email after booking and only from guests who wish to receive the report.
Saju reports are provided as cultural and reflective materials. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
9. Itinerary Changes
Published itineraries are provided as a general guide. The route, sequence, venue, food stop, or timing may change due to local conditions, venue availability, dietary restrictions, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the essential character of the booked experience.
10. Weather and Force Majeure
Most tours operate rain or shine.
If severe weather alerts, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control make a tour unsafe or impracticable, we may modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour.
If we cancel a tour and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the customer will receive a full refund for the affected booking.
11. Late Arrival and No-Show
Customers should arrive at the designated meeting point before the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may miss part of the itinerary or may be unable to join if doing so would disrupt the tour. Refunds or date changes are not available for late arrivals or no-shows, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Photography
Photography may take place during a tour.
Images that clearly identify a guest will be used for promotional purposes only with the guest’s separate consent.
13. Intellectual Property
Tour concepts, written materials, scripts, reports, photographs, videos, route designs, and original cultural interpretations provided by KOREA GUIDE TOUR remain the intellectual property of Travel Label or the relevant rights holder.
Customers may take personal photographs where permitted. Commercial reproduction, recording, redistribution, or resale of tour content without prior written permission is prohibited.
14. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Questions or disputes may be submitted to: op@travel-label.co.kr
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
