2. Personal Information We Collect
A. Booking and Customer-Service Information
When you make a booking or contact us, we may collect:

Telephone number
Tour name and booking date
Number of participants
Customer inquiries and correspondence
Dietary requests, allergy information, and mobility-related requests, where voluntarily provided
Please provide only the information necessary for us to assist you. We do not ask customers to disclose religious beliefs, medical diagnoses, or other sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to respond safely to a specific request.
B. Payment Information
Payments are processed through PayPal.
Travel Label receives booking and transaction-confirmation information necessary to operate the service. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.
C. Personalized Saju Reflection Reports
For tours that include a personalized Saju reflection report, birth-related information is collected separately by email after booking.
Guests who wish to receive a report may be asked to provide:

Date of birth
Lunar or solar calendar designation
Time of birth, if known
Email address
Providing birth-related information is optional.
Guests who do not provide the requested information may still join the tour, but a personalized Saju report cannot be prepared.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process personal information for the following purposes:
Confirming and operating tour bookings
Communicating with customers
Responding to inquiries and special requests
Arranging dietary or accessibility-related accommodations where possible

Preparing and delivering requested Saju reflection reports

4. Retention Periods
A. Records Retained Under Applicable E-Commerce Law
Where required by applicable law, we retain:
Records of display and advertising: 6 months
Records of contracts, bookings, and cancellations: 5 years
Records of payment and service delivery: 5 years
Records of customer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years
B. Birth-Related Information for Saju Reports
Birth-related information, emails containing that information, working files, and report files are used solely to prepare and deliver the requested report.
These materials are deleted promptly after delivery and no later than 7 days after the report is sent, unless a longer retention period is required by law or separately agreed with the customer.
C. Optional Requests
Dietary, allergy, and mobility-related information is retained only for as long as necessary to operate the tour and handle related customer-service matters, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Consent for Saju Report Information
Before sending birth-related information by email, guests will be asked to confirm that they agree to its collection and use for the preparation and delivery of a personalized Saju reflection report.
Guests may refuse to provide this information. Refusal does not affect participation in the tour, but the personalized report cannot be prepared.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information.
We may use service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the website, process payments, communicate with customers, and provide booked services.
Current service providers include:
Squarespace, Inc. — website hosting and website-operation services
PayPal — payment processing
Email-service provider — customer communication and delivery of requested reports
Each provider may process information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
7. International Processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside the Republic of Korea.
Before publication, Travel Label should confirm and disclose the relevant overseas-processing details required for each service provider, including the recipient, destination country, purpose, data items, transfer timing and method, and retention period where applicable.
8. Destruction of Personal Information
When personal information is no longer necessary, it is deleted without undue delay.
Electronic files are deleted in a manner intended to prevent recovery or reconstruction. Paper records, if any, are securely destroyed.
Where information must be retained under applicable law, it is stored separately from information used for active operations.
9. Customer Rights
Customers may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of their personal information, subject to applicable law.
