Are your tours private, or will I join a group?

Our scheduled tours are small-group experiences, with a limited number of guests joining the same journey. If you prefer a fully private experience for your party, a private upgrade is available upon request for an additional fee.

What payment options do you support, and is it secure?

Bookings are currently confirmed through PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is required at checkout. We are reviewing additional payment options for future convenience.

Can your itineraries accommodate corporate executives or international institutional visitors?

Absolutely. We regularly welcome corporate guests, institutional visitors, and cultural travelers seeking a meaningful introduction to Korea. Our private itineraries can be tailored to your group while preserving the spirit of thoughtful conversation, local insight, and mutual respect.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All cancellation deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST). A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled tour date, by 5:00 PM KST. Cancellations made within 0–2 days of the tour date and same-day no-shows are non-refundable

What does your "100% Culture, 0% Pressure" policy truly mean?

Our tours are designed around cultural storytelling, local food, and meaningful encounters. We do not include mandatory shopping stops or commission-driven detours. Tipping is appreciated but never required.

Who will be leading my tour? Are they licensed guides?

Every tour is led by a nationally licensed Tourist Guide-Interpreter. We call our guides Master Archivists because they do more than show the way: they interpret the history, food, symbols, and overlooked stories that shape Korean life.

I have dietary restrictions or severe allergies. Can you accommodate them?

We do our best to accommodate dietary requests where the itinerary allows. For severe allergies, strict religious dietary requirements, or medical restrictions, please contact us before booking. We will confirm what can be arranged safely and explain any limitations in advance.

What happens in the event of heavy rain or severe weather?

Most tours operate rain or shine, and some routes take on a distinctive atmosphere in rainy weather. If an official severe-weather alert, natural disaster, or other safety concern makes the tour unsafe, we will contact you to arrange a rescheduled date or issue a full refund.
