CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST / GMT+9).

1. Customer Cancellation

‍ ‍

A full refund is available if a cancellation request is received by 5:00 PM KST at least 3 calendar days before the scheduled tour date.

‍ ‍

Cancellations made within 0–2 calendar days of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

‍ ‍

2. Same-Day No-Show

‍ ‍

Same-day no-shows are non-refundable.

‍ ‍

3. Late Arrival

‍ ‍

Refunds and date changes are not available due to late arrival.

‍ ‍

Guests arriving late may miss part of the itinerary or may be unable to join the tour if joining late would disrupt the scheduled experience.

‍ ‍

4. Operator Cancellation

‍ ‍

If we cancel a tour due to severe weather, natural disaster, safety concerns, operational reasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will offer one of the following:

‍ ‍

  • A rescheduled date

  • A suitable alternative experience

  • A full refund for the affected booking

‍ ‍

5. Mandatory Consumer Rights

‍ ‍

This policy does not exclude or limit any cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection rights that must apply under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
